Job Description

Customer / Stakeholder

Liaise with DHL customers, Solution Design,
Project Team and Project Stakeholders to align,
update and facilitate project
 Provide status update of project status to internal
stakeholder, project team and Customer
stakeholders
 Comprehend existing inventory planograph and
plan inventory planography for implementation
site in consultation with customer
 Initiate and facilitate IT kick-off meet and have it
align the same with business needs and
implementation.
 Manage the overall planning, control, status
reporting, stability and project delivery
 Develop detailed project plans, schedules,
estimates, resource plans, and status reports to
maintain customer satisfaction
 Responsible for managing the project budget and
reporting progress of the project on an ongoing
basis
 Obtain feedback from key stakeholders and
provide accurate reporting at critical milestones
and manage stakeholder relationships
 Establish Reporting structures inside the project
team, ensure team engagement and review the
performance of project team members
 Focus on ensuring delivery, process improvement,
change implementation and risk management
 Sets standards and implements policies

Organizational Interfaces
 Ability to represent project management
competency and capability in the early stages of
lead and proposal development for meaningful to
small and medium size opportunities.
 Ability to deliver, or supervise staff in the delivery
of customer/partner presentations for meaningful
to small and medium size projects.
 Ability to establish productive business
relationships with all levels of customers, business
partners and vendor management.
 Internal / External customer satisfaction
Project Planning & Administration
 Definition of meaningful to small and medium size
projects to guide the most appropriate use of the
project management process in line with DHL’s
strategic direction.
 Create the overall project work plan.
 Use of project administration processes including
project initiation, status reporting, and basic
project capital / expense tracking.
 Vendor coordination and management skills in the
context of planning for overall project delivery and the ability to individually coordinate multiple
functional project groups – either in-house,
customer, or third-party.
