Job Description
- Responsible for sales targets for all partners according to management
- Ensure all programs that are made run well in all partners and program sales targets can be met
- Coordinate with the senior operational partner team to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field
- issues
- Ensure all field teams follow directions from management
- Monitoring the daily activities of field teams at partners
- Assisting the field team training and refreshment training process with partners (offline/online)
- Conduct Daily, weekly reviews with partners (offline/online)
- Have a minimum bachelor's degree in any major or at least have a minimum of 5 years experience as a sales manager in the smartphone and electronics retail industry
- Has a strong network in the retail industry
- Proficient in data analytical skills and converting into business insights and actions;
- Data-driven and motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong ownership, commitment, accountability, and responsibility for business objectives.
