Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first visit to long-term relationship building
- Maintain a clean, polished, and professional studio environment
- Educate clients on services, retail products, and membership options
- Support and contribute to a positive studio culture
- Participate in community engagement and studio marketing initiatives
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and service standards
- Perform services using Waxing the City’s signature techniques and elevated service standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Current Illinois Esthetician or Cosmetology License required
- Passion for waxing and the beauty industry
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable mindset
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
