Job Description

  • Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players’ needs.
  • Assess players’ skills and provide constructive feedback.
  • Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
  • Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with the development of junior players.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Proven experience as a Padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
