We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 11240 Manchester Rd location. As a vital member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for quality service.

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently
• Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items according to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Contribute to a positive work atmosphere and team spirit
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Quick learner with attention to detail
• Food service experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
