Area Health & Wellness Director RN Senior Living

As the Area Health & Wellness Director (Delegating Nurse), you will be the key clinical leader responsible for overseeing nursing care, regulatory compliance, and delegation tasks across multiple assisted living and memory care communities in Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware. You will provide strategic clinical support to community-based Wellness Directors, ensure compliance with state-specific Nurse Practice Acts, and directly mentor clinical staff. To support our Maryland communities, this role requires an active RN licensure with Delegating Nurse eligibility in the state of Maryland.
