Job Description
Beloform Craft is seeking a Customer Service Trainer to develop, deliver, and enhance training programs that prepare customer service representatives for success. The ideal candidate will play a key role in onboarding new team members, improving communication skills, and ensuring employees have the knowledge and confidence to provide outstanding customer support.
