Job Description
We’re hiring for Marketing Communications & Campaign Manager
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing Corteva Hungary’s marketing communications and events activities in support of the Crop Protection business growth strategy. The role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Agronomy, teams, and the regional marketing organization to drive customer engagement, brand visibility, demand generation, and commercial effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Marketing Communications
- Develop and execute the annual marketing communications plan.
- Localize regional and global product campaigns for the Hungarian market.
- Coordinate advertising campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and positioning.
- Execute marketing communications, digital campaigns and content creation with Category Marketing Leads.
- Coordinates customer and company marketing and promotional events for Hungary CP and Biologicals business.
- Plans and execute incentive trips and customer and training events.
- Designs and manages marketing materials and advertising + digital content placement and creation.
Digital Marketing
- Manage website content and updates.
- Coordinate social media activities and content planning.
- Develop and execute email marketing and newsletter campaigns.
- Coordinate and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Support marketing automation activities and lead nurturing and digital demand generation programs.
Events & Customer Activation
- Organize farmer meetings and customer events.
- Manage field demonstrations and field days.
- Manage participation in conferences, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
- Support partner events and customer engagement initiatives.
- Ensure effective event execution aligned with business objectives.
Agency & Project Management
- Manage creative agencies and external marketing partners.
- Coordinate media agencies and campaign suppliers.
- Oversee printing vendors and production partners.
- Coordinate event management agencies.
- Manage marketing budgets and project timelines.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
- Develop sales support materials and tools.
- Create presentations and product launch materials.
- Support commercial campaigns and partner programs.
- Ensure sales teams have access to effective marketing resources.
Internal Communication & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with:
- Country Leader, Sales Managers, Category Marketing Managers, Field Agronomists
- Regional Marketing Teams

Candidate Profile
Professional Experiences
- BSC or MSC in Marketing Communication
- 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, marketing management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
- Experience organizing events and customer engagement programs.
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers.
- Strong budget and project management capabilities.
