Set on over 4,000 acres of towering sand dunes reminiscent of the southwest coast of Ireland, Rodeo Dunes is set to become a world-class golf destination. Two course routings are complete – one by the acclaimed duo of Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw, and the other marking the solo debut of longtime C&C associate, Jimmy Craig. Construction began in the summer of 2024. Position Summary:
The Starter & Player Assistant is a highly visible, guest-facing role responsible for setting the tone of the Rodeo Dunes golf experience from the first tee through the entire round. This position blends traditional starter responsibilities with on-course player assistance, ensuring seamless tee time execution, optimal pace of play, and an exceptional hospitality experience.
As part of a startup operation, this role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a proactive approach to service. The Starter & Player Assistant works closely with the Golf Operations team to deliver a premium, yet unpretentious, experience reflective of the Rodeo Dunes brand.
