Sr Product Manager - Stationary Refrigerants

The Senior Product Manager – Americas leads product portfolio growth through strategic direction and cross-functional collaboration, guiding sales focus, driving adoption, and supporting RFQs, tenders, and underserved market expansion. This role also oversees new product introductions, pricing and margin alignment, and contributes to long-term planning (AOP/STRAP) while ensuring solutions meet customer needs and business objectives.
