Lead Product/Process Research and Development Engineer

As a Lead Product/Process Research and Development Engineer at Solstice, you will provide technical expertise, mentorship, and guidance to lead critical project groups, contribute to the development of innovative solutions, and drive technological advancements to address global challenges. You will report directly to our Sr. R&D Manager and you’ll work out of our Colonial Heights, Virginia site location on a Onsite work schedule.
