Senior Director, Enterprise Quality Execution

The Senior Director: Enterprise Quality Execution owns and manages the formal quality improvement project portfolios throughout Ashley's domestic manufacturing teams, 3rd party importation quality teams, and import manufacturing teams. This leader coordinates review cycles, ensures continuous quality project flow, and drives effective project prioritization, category management, and rapid execution. They champion formal corrective and preventative action disciplines to deliver impactful results and strengthen Ashley’s competitive advantage in quality.
