Operational Support and Technology Admin

The Operational Support and Technology Admin is the main ABM team member coordinating all work order and data analytics regarding quality control, completion of periodic services, completion of day policing. The position oversees the automated reporting systems that communicates ABM’s analytics internally to our site team and ABM’s field operations management and as well as to the client.

The Operational Support and Technology Admin reports to the project Admin. This position will interface directly with service workers and foremen, day and night, train and align service workers use of technology and review their use of the systems.
