Holding a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, you will step into a highly collaborative environment, learning to manage production teams and translate technical data into real-world plant efficiency.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
In this role, you will bridge the gap between rigorous engineering fundamentals and hands-on site leadership, taking ownership of the following missions:
Production & Product Delivery: Assist in coordinating regional production and distribution activities to ensure a reliable and continuous supply of gases and services to our customers.
Operational Integrity & Safety First: Champion our "zero harm" culture by identifying, tracking, and maintaining safety-critical process elements and establishing robust channels for reporting and addressing hazards.
Advanced Process Analytics: Collect and analyze operational plant data, leveraging your understanding of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and process controls to identify bottlenecks and optimize plant output.
Team & Operations Coordination: Support the scheduling, training, and coordination of operations technicians, maintenance crews, and product compliance staff.
Continuous Improvement (CI): Work alongside management to deploy Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices, driving key operational performance KPIs.
Cross-Site Collaboration: Connect directly with various local and regional sites to build trusted technical support networks and share operational best practices.
Strategic Proposals: Formulate and pitch data-backed plant development proposals directly to senior leadership.

Educational Foundation: A completed Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (essential).
Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of related experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors. High-potential graduate engineers with strong foundational knowledge are also highly welcome and encouraged to apply.
Technical Fundamentals: Foundational knowledge or exposure to gas-related filling Center operations is highly regarded.
Analytical Aptitude: Outstanding critical thinking skills with an active appreciation for DCS, PLC, automation, and process controls.
Leadership & Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to guide, train, and collaborate with diverse operations personnel.
Drive & Initiative: An adaptive "can-do" attitude with a strong interest in project handovers and continuous optimization.
