Who You Are
The Technician II – Application utilizes strong technical expertise to assemble, configure, and execute FAC P-Series application assemblies across all model types, ensuring precision and performance.
How It's Done
- Assemble precision and specialized components that support the functionality of the paint fluid delivery system
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality throughout all assembly processes Build P-Series paint delivery application systems beginning with application sub-assemblies
- Install and mount hardware, including routing and installation of paint and air system hosing
- Perform precise integration of hose systems and mechanical components
- Conduct basic testing of application assemblies to verify proper function and performance
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing, with a focus on mechanical assembly and testing, or related field
- Experience in roles such as Prototype Technician, Quality Technician, Automotive Technician, Pneumatic Technician, Maintenance Technician, and/or Line Builder
- Experience using fixtures and jigs for mechanical assembly processes
What Would Be Even Better
- Associate degree or Technical Certificate in Applied Science, journeyman license, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 2 or more years experience in manufacturing, with a focus on mechanical assembly and testing, or related field
- Basic technical training with a focus on pneumatics
- NETA Certification (Level 3)
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
