Barista - Food & Nutrition Retail -PER DIEM DAYS VARIED SHIFT Vineland

This position is responsible for: expediting coffee-espresso drinks and related food and beverage items. Handles food according to HACCP guidelines and is aware of minimum standards for a quality food service operation. Interacts with customers and other employees in a friendly and courteous manner.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school education or equivalent. Up to one-month related experience or training. Associate is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to customers, clients, and other employees of INSPIRA HEALTH. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
