Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support execution and optimization of our digital marketing activities across key channels.

In this role, you will focus on day-to-day management of digital campaigns, web content, and performance tracking, contributing to improving customer experience and driving engagement across digital touchpoints.


Key responsibilities

Digital execution

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO, and owned channels
  • Support implementation of campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Web & content management

  • Manage website content and digital assets, ensuring accuracy and functionality
  • Support content publishing, updates, and basic localization (transcreation)
  • Assist with website personalization activities

Performance & reporting

  • Monitor campaign and channel performance (KPIs)
  • Support reporting and provide basic insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with BI/analytics teams on data tracking and evaluation

Collaboration & project support

  • Work with cross-functional teams and markets to execute digital initiatives
  • Support coordination with external agencies and partners
  • Use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Workfront, Confluence) to track tasks and updates

Operations & optimization

  • Ensure smooth operation of digital platforms and tools
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and execution
  • Support compliance with brand, legal, and data guidelines

Your profile

  • 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or agency environment
  • Basic to solid understanding of web management, SEO, and digital campaigns
  • Experience with CMS platforms and content publishing
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions)
  • English + CZ/SK is a must
