Executive Director in Training

Position Summary: This is a training position for the purpose of developing the skills to direct and manage the overall operations of an independent living housing community. The training will include, but will not be limited to quality service, physical plant maintenance, and financial targets. The E.D.I.T. may be assigned areas of responsibility in resident relations, human resources, communications, financial management, marketing, operations, planning, building and grounds maintenance, administration, quality assurance, and compliance with HUD regulations.
