OBGYN Group is looking for a compassionate and motivated Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing women's healthcare team. What You'll Do
As a member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care throughout every stage of the patient visit.
Responsibilities include:

Welcome and prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

Obtain vital signs, medical histories, and other clinical information.

Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Assist physicians with examinations, in-office procedures, and treatments.

Administer injections, medications, and other clinical treatments within your scope of practice.

Collect and process laboratory specimens.

Coordinate laboratory testing, referrals, diagnostic studies, and hospital admissions as needed.

Perform telephone triage by assessing patient concerns and providing guidance according to clinical protocols.

Monitor patient conditions and communicate significant findings to providers.

Maintain exam rooms by ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Help ensure efficient patient flow throughout the clinic.

Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all organizational policies.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to provide outstanding patient care.
Qualifications
-
Current MA certification or Illinois LPN/RN license.
-
Previous clinical experience preferred; OB/GYN or women's health experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience using electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
