HR Business Partner

The Human Resource Business Partner is responsible for performing HR generalist-related duties on a professional level and providing expertise and support to members of the HR team (including recruiting, benefits and payroll) as well as a defined business group. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action, data analytics and employment law compliance in a dedicated business partner role.
