Job Description
What do we expect you to bring?
Graduated from a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree program,
Possess a strong interest in Organizational Development (OD) or Performance Management,
Highly proficient in MS Office applications,
Confident in both written and spoken English,
Equipped with strong analytical skills, combining a creative mindset with data-driven thinking,
Knowledgeable in SAP SuccessFactors modules,
Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.
How can you make an impact?
- We expect you to contribute to organizational development, organizational design, and organizational effectiveness initiatives,
- Support the development of organizational structures, roles and responsibilities, and ways of working,
- Conduct analyses as part of strategic workforce planning and evaluate organizational needs,
- Analyze organizational data to generate insights that support decision-making processes,
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve performance management processes,
- Take an active role in change management and organizational transformation projects,
- Follow global organizational development practices and support their adaptation into local processes,
- Prepare reports on organizational metrics and derive actionable insights,
- Stay up to date with trends and best practices in organizational development and propose innovative solutions.
