Managing Director, Head of North America Distribution

The Head of North America Distribution is a senior leadership role within BNY Investments, responsible for leading distribution and client coverage strategy across North America, the firm’s largest and most commercially significant region. Sitting within the Client Coverage / Distribution practice on the BNY Investments platform, this role is accountable for delivering revenue growth, positive asset flows, and strong client retention across institutional and intermediary channels. Reporting to the Global Head of Distribution, the role serves as the senior executive owner for North America distribution activity, including key client relationships, strategic mandate pursuits, pricing and deal structuring decisions, and execution against annual sales and net flow objectives. The role also leads commercial strategy and client coverage activity across Wealth, Retirement, and Institutional channels
