Job Description
The Resource Analyst 2 role works with the project team to understand project staffing requirements. This role develops project staffing plans using project and customer contract requirements, in order to recommend and communicate staffing assignments to associates, managers and project management. If the customer contract or business requires third-party resources to be engaged for customer projects, this role would facilitate the procurement process to secure funding and onboarding of third-party resources. Use of technology is critical to this role, in order assess open and committed resource assignments for capacity planning, resource utilization and project forecasting. The role will report on key business metrics related to staffing and utilization, to increase customer satisfaction. This entails having five years resource management experience, in addition to the critical skills of problem solving, attention to detail, data analysis and maintaining compliance standards.
