Job Description
You will support the P&C Operations team by turning complex operational topics into clear, usable content. Your main focus will be creating and improving documentation (guidance, templates, user manuals, how-to guides and playbooks) that help colleagues run P&C processes consistently and efficiently. You will work closely with process owners and subject-matter experts to learn how P&C (re)insurance operations work, then structure and write information in plain English so it is easy to find, understand and use.
