
Registered Nurse Women's General Forensic Unit
Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides client-centered psychiatric and general nursing care to individuals with complex mental health, addiction, forensic, geriatric, and concurrent disorder needs. Working as part of an inter-professional team, the RN is responsible for comprehensive assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation, safety, education, and collaboration to support recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally competent care.
To perform this role effectively, the Registered Nurse must demonstrate the competencies necessary to deliver safe, high-quality care within a dynamic clinical environment and enhance the nurse�s ability to contribute to specialized populations, programming, and system-level initiatives.
