Concrete Project Engineer

The Concrete Project Engineer will work within the Engineering Department and be assigned to support Hoffman Structures, Inc. (HSI), Hoffman’s self-performed structural concrete affiliate company. The position will report to the VP of Operations and will work closely with the HSI Project Manager and HSI Project Superintendent. They will collaborate closely with design professionals, Hoffman, vendors, and subcontractors to address complex coordination issues. As the front line for identifying and resolving technical challenges, the HSI Project Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring smooth project execution. This position will be based entirely on the project site, with project locations varying from city to city or state to state. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project engineering, structural engineering, project management, and prior experience working with a structural concrete subcontractor or a general contractor that self-performed the structural concrete
