Role Summary The Lead Implementation role is responsible for managing customer-facing technical engagements, understanding business requirements, and coordinating solution implementation across low-code and custom application environments. This role acts as a bridge between customers, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of business solutions aligned with customer expectations and platform capabilities.
