Volunteer - 3433 Endurance Coach

MNP Community & Sport Centre is dedicated to sport, people, and community, delivering world-class fitness experiences through safety, legendary service, excellence, and innovation. As a 3433 Volunteer Coach, you will support athlete development by assisting with safe, welcoming, and engaging training sessions. This role includes supporting the Club Pass outdoor season (May–August) and year-round triathlon programming. You will help with session setup, guide athletes of varying abilities, and contribute to a positive, community-focused training environment. Working as part of the 3433 team, you will help foster motivation, connection, and program quality while upholding our standards of safety and exceptional member experience.
