- Supervise and lead shift team members, providing clear direction and support to ensure productivity and morale
- Schedule staff shifts and manage workforce allocation to meet operational demands
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
- Address and resolve employee conflicts and performance issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate organizational updates and expectations
- Analyze shift performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Manage inventory, equipment, and resources during assigned shifts
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, escalating issues when necessary
- Prepare shift reports and documentation for management review
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and take ownership of shift outcomes
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or shift leadership experience
- Proven ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of operational procedures and safety compliance standards
- Proficiency in scheduling software and point-of-sale systems (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
