Coordinator, Career Success Operations

The Career Success Operations Coordinator reports to the Associate Director for Career Success Operations within the Career Success Center at Austin Peay State University. This role supports experiential learning, student employment strategy, career outcomes data tracking, and assessment efforts that advance institutional goals related to career readiness and post-graduate success at Austin Peay State University. The Coordinator oversees student employment as a high-impact experiential learning initiative aligned with career readiness competencies. This position plays a critical role in managing First Destination Survey data, maintaining career technology platforms, supporting institutional reporting efforts, and ensuring data-informed decision-making across the Career Success Center. The Career Success Operations Coordinator will serve as a highly organized, student-centered team member who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about student career success.
