Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and driven DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and containerization. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to continuously improve deployment processes, infrastructure reliability, and system performance alongside development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for application deployments
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment activities using IaC tools
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure and production environments
• Work closely with developers to support application releases and troubleshooting
• Handle Linux server administration and performance tuning
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security best practices
• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and post-mortem documentation
• Follow and contribute to team runbooks, SOPs, and internal documentation
• Raise flags proactively on infrastructure risks, capacity concerns, or recurring issues
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Linux administration
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash or Python
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms
• Understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
• Understanding of networking, security, and troubleshooting concepts
• Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Good to Have:
• Experience working in product-based companies
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with secret management tools like HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager
• Basic understanding of application security practices (SAST, DAST, vulnerability scanning)
• Experience with GitOps workflows or tools like ArgoCD or Flux
