Field Service Supervisor

NOV is hiring for a Field Service Supervisor in Conroe, TX. We are the leader in the oil and gas industry providing our customers with equipment that will be utilized to monitor existing systems on oil and gas drilling rigs. The Service Supervisor will be responsible for servicing a collection of projects in multiple operation regions. The responsibilities include but not limited to managing personnel (Max Field Service Technicians and SME’s) training, utilization of equipment, customer service, and safety. Customer service duties include rig visits, sales calls, and customer relations as well as intercompany reporting which consist of FSM/CRM/Resco, JDE/TAT systems, SharePoint, operations reports and FSM time keeping.
