Quality Engineer

The NOV Fiber Glass Systems San Antonio facility is actively seeking to hire a Quality Engineer I to join our amazing team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of internal and external quality standards by applying engineering, statistical, and analytical methods. This role supports the Quality Management System (QMS), leads root cause investigations, monitors key quality metrics, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. The engineer interfaces with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and customers to promote quality culture and operational excellence, while ensuring adherence to all Company quality and safety guidelines.
