Job Description
The Sales Support Director is accountable for establishing, scaling, and governing NOV's Integrated Sales Solutions organization as a strategic capability serving NOV Business Units across quotation, order management, sales data, reporting, and related commercial support activities. The Director will implement the operating model, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure ISS becomes a trusted, high-performing partner that improves sales effectiveness, customer experience, process quality, and business insight. The ISS organization will primarily interface with business unit sales organizations.
