Associate Manager - Business Finance

The purpose of hiring an FP&A team member is to strengthen the organization’s financial planning and analysis capability by enabling data-driven decision-making, enhancing budgeting and forecasting accuracy, and delivering timely, insightful financial reporting; the role will support effective business partnering with BU teams to improve performance visibility, drive cost optimization and operational efficiency, ensure adherence to financial governance and standardized processes, and contribute to digital and automation initiatives, thereby building a scalable, efficient, and insight-led finance function aligned with sustainable business growth objectives
