Job Description
To lead, design, and deliver high‑quality technical training programs for supercritical power plant operations (660 MW), ensuring capability development of employees and GETs through simulator‑based training, classroom sessions, and OJT/ROJT planning. The role aims to enhance operational excellence by integrating advanced digital tools, managing training budgets through SAP, and driving digitization of training processes. The objective is to equip the workforce with the technical competence required to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient power plant operations.
