Associate Manager - Business Finance

The Team Lead in Business Treasury Banking Operation / Payments and Cashflow Management is entrusted with driving day-to-day banking operations, ensuring robust quality assurance, mitigating financial risks, and optimizing banking processes. This role demands moderate experience in banking operation within treasury function. He should be able to manage the day-to-day cash flow with the support of Process Lead and ensure rigorous governance and compliance related to Banking Operations as laid down by the Process Lead. Moreover, the Team Lead must possess a high level of proficiency in Cashflow Planning, enabling timely and accurate communication of the company's fund position to various stakeholders as per direction of Process Lead. Prioritizing complex business challenges, the Team Lead offers timely resolutions and contributes strategically to process improvement, quality enhancement, and technology adoption under the guidance of Process Lead.
