The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for certain aspects of planning, development, design, and construction of new and redevelopment projects related to senior housing as assigned by the Director of Development.
The PMSPM must have the ability to work with colleagues, clients, and project teams in a cooperative manner while remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism, and confidentiality.
