Colorado Rush is looking for a dedicated Goalkeeper Coach to lead the development of goalkeepers in the Northern Colorado (NorCo) Greeley region. This role focuses on delivering structured, high-quality training sessions that align with the club’s philosophy and support player growth.
Colorado Rush is looking for a dedicated Goalkeeper Coach to lead the development of goalkeepers in the Northern Colorado (NorCo) Greeley region. This role focuses on delivering structured, high-quality training sessions that align with the club’s philosophy and support player growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and run a structured 16-session Goalkeeper Training program
- Deliver two training sessions per day (preferably on Fridays)
- Develop goalkeepers’ technical, tactical, and physical skills
- Create a positive and professional training environment
- Communicate with players, parents, and coaching staff
- Collaborate with team coaches to support overall goalkeeper development
Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience (goalkeeper experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of goalkeeper training and development
- Ability to organize and lead effective sessions
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for player development
