JOB SUMMARY Supports business objectives by leading the design, implementation, and oversight of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and telecommunications systems, including fiber communications, control systems, communication systems, and cybersecurity. Serves as a senior technical authority, providing expert guidance on complex projects, regulatory compliance, and system reliability while partnering cross‑functionally with internal teams, contractors, and external utilities. Drives continuous improvement through standards development, technology evaluation, and governance of technical documentation and infrastructure data.
