Global HRIS Implementation Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR professional to lead the global implementation of the Darwinbox HRIS platform across our organisation on a 18-month fixed-term basis.

This role will act as the key bridge between HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and optimisation of the new HRIS platform globally. The successful candidate will combine strong HR operational knowledge with project management expertise and the ability to translate HR requirements into clear system and technology solutions.
