Staff Hardware Analog Engineer

This role focuses on sustaining and enhancing NI hardware products through analog and mixed‑signal redesign, with a strong emphasis on replacing end‑of‑life components while minimizing system‑level impact. The engineer will lead part replacement analysis, design simulation, validation, and failure analysis, working closely with manufacturing, applications, and cross‑functional teams to ensure product quality, reliability, and manufacturability.
