Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and align programs with organizational goals and industry standards. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Mentor and support entry-level trainers, providing guidance on training delivery and instructional design techniques. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance training materials and methods. Create and maintain training documentation, including curriculum guides, manuals, and e-learning modules.
