Knowledge of overall AP, Supplier Management, T&E and Helpdesk Experience managing helpdesk tickets and T&E related queries Hands on experience in people management and coaching/mentoring Advanced skills in MS Office Strong Experience in Oracle, ARIBA Extensive knowledge of S2P/Helpdesk process Good analytical skills & competent at logical reasoning Oversee sub function/team activities Responsible for client co-ordination, issue resolution, escalation management Monitor key performance parameters of the process & ensure The Team Lead reports to COE Lead and oversees the management of Senior Analyst and Analyst
