AVP - Research Analysts Visual Aids - Business Intelligence

EXL is building a strategic Business Intelligence capability to help the organization understand how AI and emerging technologies will reshape industries, client demand, and competitive landscapes. We are looking for AVP/VP-level ‘Research Analysts & Visual Aids’ role sits within the Business Intelligence function and is responsible for continuous signal tracking, structured research, and production of high-quality strategic briefs and visual communication assets. This role plays a critical part in transforming raw information from AI developments, industry trends, and market signals into clear, concise, and visually compelling insights that support leadership decision-making. The team acts as the intelligence engine behind strategy and industry consultants, ensuring that insights are grounded in credible research and communicated through executive-ready outputs such as briefs, dashboards, and visual narratives.
