This position ensures that all front-line retailer employees understand the Love Promise University mission and will help develop, manage and train on the LPU curriculum to enhance the customer experience at each assigned retailer. This position works in conjunction with retailers, SOA, Zone, field personnel, and vendor partners to implement both training and recognition to retailers and their customer-facing employees.
