The Geology and Quality Assistant play a vital role in supporting the Technical Services Department by ensuring the consistent quality of Run-of-Mine (ROM) stockpiles and finished products across various stages of the production and dispatch process. This includes geological data collection, quality monitoring, systematic sampling, analysis, and accurate reporting. The role ensures that all quality control processes, from production pits to plant/mobile crushing and screening to rail, and to vessel loading, are effectively implemented to maintain compliance with customer specifications, support efficient mining operations, and optimize blending strategies.
