Job Description

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet facility goals in the 5 focus areas of Operational Excellence including Safety, Quality, People, Service and Cost.
