Job Description
Experienced Senior Technician with strong hands-on expertise in maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems including HVAC (DX & chilled water), electrical systems, and plumbing systems. Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance, handling breakdowns, and ensuring compliance with SLA, HSE, and client requirements. Capable of fault diagnosis, coordination with FM teams, and maintaining service quality across residential and commercial facilities
