Our scenic mountain resort in Vermont is seeking a Seasonal Gardener to help maintain the stunning gardens and grounds surrounding the lodge and nearby timeshare units. This is a great opportunity to work in a picturesque setting while contributing to the natural beauty that our guests enjoy year-round.
What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Gardener, you will play an important role in keeping our property looking its best. Responsibilities include:
Spring and fall cleanup of gardens and grounds
Planting containers and flower beds with annuals
Watering and deadheading flower boxes throughout the summer and fall
Maintaining perennial beds by weeding, edging, mulching, and cultivating
Pruning shrubs and plants as needed
Deadheading, cutting back, and transplanting plants when necessary
Keeping the grounds free of debris and litter
What We're Looking For
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat and varying mountain weather
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Previous gardening or landscaping experience is helpful but not required
